MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Former Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva oversaw the signing of a pact on Wednesday between his leftist party and Mexico's ruling Morena party, and promised closer ties if he wins Brazil's presidential election later this year.
