FINDING a dead body can be a horrifying experience. Social media posts have gone viral saying that residents in Kajang made such a grim discovery.
Is it true that the body of an unidentified man was found in a drain in Bukit Mewah in Kajang, Selangor?

Kajang OCPD ACP Mohd Zaid Hassan confirmed this in a press release, saying that a man's body was found hanging from a tree branch that was in a drain in the area.
He said the man was found wearing a white T-shirt and grey knee-length shorts, adding that the body had been found at 12.24pm on Monday (Nov 27).
“A forensics team found no evidence of foul play and the case has been classified as a sudden death. The man's body has been brought to the Kajang Hospital's forensics department for a post-mortem to determine the cause of death.
“Anyone with information on this case is encouraged to contact their nearest police station or speak to investigating officer Sjn Norihan at 019-31602024,” added ACP Mohd Zaid.
