CHINA'S legal system and market environment need to be further improved for the healthy development of Chinese entrepreneurs, according to a survey on 10 years of growth and development of Chinese entrepreneurs.
The report, released by the Chinese Entrepreneurs Survey System, said most of the surveyed domestic enterprise owners and managers believed the conditions they operated under, including policies and market mechanisms, had been improved over the past 10 years, but they felt the legal system did not work in their favour in some cases.
