Mohkzani, Mirzan can be charged if they fail to declare assets, says MACC


KUCHING: Businessmen Tan Sri Mohkzani Mahathir and Mirzan Mahathir have yet to declare their assets after being issued notices to do so, says Tan Sri Azam Baki.

"If they fail to declare their assets they can be charged for that, but our main investigation will take time," the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) chief commissioner told reporters after a media dialogue here on Tuesday (Feb 6).
