KOTA KINABALU: Construction of four of the 35 Pan Borneo Highway packages in Sabah is proceeding according to schedule, Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan (pic) said.
He said these included the construction of an 18.1km stretch between Kampung Lot M to the Mile 32 junction of the Kota Kinabalu-Sandakan-Lahad Datu road.
