JOHOR BARU: The proposed water Bills will rationalise the country's water industry and lead to more efficient water supply for consumers, said Johor Mentri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman.
He said there were many irrational constraints imposed on the industry, particularly in the terms and conditions for concessionaire allocation.
