PETALING JAYA: The MTUC will support any move by the EPF which will bring back the original purpose of the creation of the fund, namely, to ensure adequate savings for retired people to live comfortably.
In line with this, its president Senator Zainal Rampak said he supported the move to scrap the right of contributors to withdraw one-third of their savings once they reached the age of 50.
