THE Transport Ministry is studying ways to expedite the delivery of traffic summonses to offenders and the possibility of settling the summonses via credit card.
Parliamentary secretary to the Transport Ministry Datuk Donald Lim said the ministry was looking into the proposal that private agents be appointed for the delivery of summonses and collection of the fines, according to China Press.
