KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) has urged the public not to take traditional medicines as treatment for the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
“There is no evidence or proof that traditional medicines will cure the illness,” MMA president Datuk Dr N. Athimulam told a press conference here yesterday.
