SJK(C) Kepong 1 and 2 pupils, who were eligible for the Back to School programme 2019, finally received their school supplies three weeks after the start of the school term.
GETTING free school supplies is supposed to be a joyful occasion but poorly executed initiatives by a charitable foundation have left some parents and children disappointed.
Not only were they late, many of the school uniforms and shoes were the wrong size.
