RESIDENTS associations (RA) want the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to have clear guidelines pertaining to gated and guarded (G&G) security schemes at residential areas in the city to resolve issues resulting in communities being divided.

Taman Desa Residents Association (TDRA) vice-chairman Yap Biow Hwee said having clear rules would help curb the duplication of efforts by various residential groups in a neighbourhood.
