SPDP wants action against triad activities


BINTULU: The Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) wants the police to immediately combat secret society gang activities following the fatal shooting of a businessman last Friday.

Its president Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing said discussions had been held with the district police chief on the community's concern following the incident and police had assured that the case would be investigated from all angles.
