KUALA LUMPUR: Hock Seng Lee Bhd's near-term prospects remain challenging given the ongoing headwinds despite Sarawak having transitioned to Phase 3 of the National Recovery Plan, says Maybank Investment Bank Research.
In a note, the research house said the group continues to face labour shortage, travel movement restrictions and disruption to material supplies.
