MSC appoints Chua as CEO


PETALING JAYA: Malaysia Smelting Corp Bhd has appointed its deputy group CEO and chief operating officer Chua Cheong Yong as its CEO effective today.

The appointment came together with the redesignation of its former director and CEO Datuk Seri Mohd Ajib Anuar to a new position as non-independent non-executive director. The 63-year-old Ajib was also appointed an advisor to the board, the group told Bursa Malaysia.
