LOS ANGELES (AP) - Former oil tycoon Marvin Davis has threatened to withdraw his $20 billion bid for Vivendi's Universal entertainment assets if the company does not negotiate exclusively with him, a person familiar with the talks said.
The issue is expected to be resolved Thursday at a Vivendi Universal board of directors meeting in Paris, the person told The Associated Press.
