Nothing can stop Kasma from winning in Cub Prix

PETALING JAYA: CP130 championship leader Kasma Daniel Kasma­yuddin had to rely on his mental fortitude for his fifth win of the sea­son in the Petronas AAM Malay­sian Cub Prix Championship in Ban­dar Baru Kijal, Kemaman, Tereng­ganu.

Despite a gearbox malfunction, the 17-year-old Petronas Yamaha Maju Motor rider went on to clock 16:05.980 and win the sixth round of the championship ahead of Petronas Yamaha-CKJ rider Ahmad Afif Amran (16:06.255) on Saturday. Kasma’s team-mate Abdul Muhaimin Roslan was third in 16:15.282.
