Greed drives people to behave unethically

MANY Malaysians who own condominium units are speculators. They invest in properties, hoping to make a quick profit when prices pick up.

They refuse to pay maintenance fees and other charges, knowing full well that the management bodies do not have any control over them. Meanwhile, they have the cheek to use the public facilities in the condominium.
