BEIJING: An elderly cleaner in eastern China has made headlines on Chinese social media after a video of him surrounding an illegally parked car with garbage bins went viral online.

The 40-second edited footage uploaded online shows the cleaner, in a dark blue uniform, placing garbage bins full of rubbish one by one around a black car in Anhui province, local news portal Ahwang.cn, reported.
