Penang BN chief asks if transactions could have involved a tangible property

GEORGE TOWN: Penang Barisan Nasional is curious how a “land deal” could have taken place when the land is not there yet.

Its chairman Teng Chang Yeow questioned how the deal was made between the developers when the land had “yet to be reclaimed”.
