Car bursts into flames on Sprint Highway

PETALING JAYA: A car caught on fire when it burst into flames in a dramatic fashion along the Sprint Highway today.

It is believed the fire began in the engine.

Fortunately, a Fire and Rescue Department spokesperson confirmed that no one was injured in the accident.

"The department was notified of the incident at about 8.32pm. The fire was extinguished completely at 9.17pm. The car was completely burned," said the spokesperson.
