PETALING JAYA: A food delivery man was scolded and punched by a road bully during a traffic jam at Bandar Utama here.
In the 6.30pm incident on Tuesday (Oct 17), the victim was riding his motorcycle when he was forced to slow down due to a minor accident which caused a traffic jam on Jalan Tengkat Bandar Utama.
