Student: Tuition teacher molested me


A TUITION teacher allegedly kissed and touched his 16-year-old student at a tuition centre in Johor Baru, Oriental Daily reported.

The incident was alleged to have happened between 3pm and 6pm on July 11.

Seri Alam OCPD Supt Jokhiri Abd Aziz said the victim lodged a police report four days later.

Supt Jokhiri said initial investigation showed that another student in the tuition centre was also a victim.

He said the police had detained the 26-year-old suspect for further investigation.

The man, known only as Huang, claimed the woman whom he knew through WeChat offered to have sex with him if he was willing to pay between RM150 and RM700.

The woman claimed she was a Taiwanese student studying in Malaysia and had to offer sex service to pay for her expenses.

Huang told the daily that he met the woman at a commercial area recently and was asked to go to a convenience store to pay RM150 through an online payment system.

However, Huang failed to contact the woman after paying the money.

He did not lodge a police report as he was worried that police would go after him for paying for sex.
