Boy’s body found stuffed in plastic bag

KUALA LUMPUR: A foreign worker cleaning a drain in Jalan Kampung Chin Lee, Kepong, was shocked to see the body of a small boy stuffed in a black plastic bag.

The boy is estimated to be around four years old.

There were marks on the right side of his head.

City CID chief Senior Asst Comm Rusdi Mohd Isa said the body was discovered at about 3pm yesterday.

The foreigner, who works at a scrap metal company, was cleaning the drain near a car workshop when he noticed a bad stench.

“The stench was coming from a black plastic bag,” SAC Rusdi said.

SAC Rusdi said the forensic team found that the child was fully clothed, wearing diapers. The body was sent to Hospital Kuala Lumpur for a post-mortem.

The case is being investigated under Section 302 of the Penal Code for murder.
