Heng: Those who keep silent about bullying are just as guilty

PETALING JAYA: Those in positions of authority that do not step in to stop bullying, or place blame on the victims, are equally guilty of supporting it, says Wanita MCA chief Datuk Heng Seai Kie (pic).

Commenting on the death of T. Nhaveen, 18, who was brutally assaulted by a group of youths last Saturday, Heng said authorities are required to swiftly intervene when they learn about such incidents.
