KUALA LUMPUR: Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak's suit against former transport minister Tun Dr Ling Liong Sik over an article alleging that he misused public funds has been fixed for case management on July 31.
High Court judge Justice Nor Bee Ariffin set the date after meeting the parties in chambers on Monday.
