BUKIT MERTAJAM: The 19-year-old part-time model who allegedly drove against traffic on March 14 and killed a man on the North-South Expressway has been charged with driving under the influence of drugs and causing death and injury.
The offence under Section 44 of the Road Transport Act 1987 carries a maximum jail sentence of 10 years and RM20,000 fine upon conviction.
