ALOR SETAR: Kedah Ruler Sultan Abdul Halim Mu’Adzam Shah conferred the award of Darjah Utama Seri Mahawangsa Yang Amat Dihormati (DMK) on Kedah Sultanah Hajah Haminah, which carries the title ‘Datuk Seri Utama’.
The conferment was in conjunction with the Sultan’s 89th birthday celebration.
