SHAH ALAM: PKR lawmaker Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad has been fined RM1,500 by the High Court here for failing to notify the police 10 days prior to the Black 505 rally at the MBPJ Stadium in Kelana Jaya on May 8 three years ago.
He changed his plea and pleaded guilty to the charge before Justice Datuk Ghazali Cha.
