KUALA LUMPUR: The under construction pedestrian bridge near Mid Valley Megamall is believed to have flipped when it collapsed on Wednesday afternoon.
City Fire and Rescue Department Operations Centre chief Samsol Maarif Saibani said the structure had been completed about four months ago.
