KUALA LUMPUR: The controversy over a Federal deputy minister making an apparently vulgar reference to Opposition MP Teresa Kok’s surname was once again raised in Parliament.
On Wednesday, Lim Guan Eng (DAP-Bagan) called for a review of Deputy Speaker Datuk Seri Ronald Kiandee’s earlier ruling on the matter, after Datuk Seri Tajuddin Abdul Rahman had described Kok as “the only woman with a ‘Kok’ in the Dewan.”
