Lightning knocks out water supply to 500,000 folk

KUALA TERENGGANU: The main switch at a water treatment plant in Air Kepong was damaged after being hit by lightning, affecting supply to more than half a million people.

The consumers in Kuala Terengganu, Kuala Nerus and Marang were without water from Saturday night.
