ALOR GAJAH: The welfare bureau in Umno will propose for the National Poverty Data Bank System or e-Kasih to be reviewed to ensure that aid from government agencies reach targeted groups.
Its chairman Datuk Shamsul Anuar Nasarah said the mechanism needed to be improved as there were many complaints that the less fortunate were not receiving any aid via the system.
