KUALA LUMPUR: The prosecution in the trial of former DPP Datuk Anthony Kevin Morais (pic) has offered one of the murder accused, G. Gunasekaran, an alternative charge.
The jobless Gunasekaran, 48, however, claimed trial to the alternative charge of assisting in hiding Morais’ body and for destroying Morais’ car.
