LIMA ’17 scheduled for March 21 to 25, says army chief

PETALING JAYA: The Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition (LIMA ‘17) will return for its 14th edition from March 21 to 25 in 2017.

Army Chief Jen Tan Sri Raja Mohamed Affandi Raja Mohamed Noor said that the aerospace exhibition will be held at the Mahsuri International Exhibition Centre (MIEC) while Resort World Langkawi will be the venue for the maritime exhibition.

He made this announcement on Tuesday during the Eurosatory 2016 exhibition that was held in Paris.

“Presenting here today are Malaysia’s upcoming defence shows, LIMA ’17 is a dedicated maritime and aerospace exhibition for defence, civil and commercial applications and DSA 2018 is a dedicated tri-services and security exhibition and conference. Both LIMA ’17 and DSA 2018 comes together under the spirit of 1 Malaysia,” Jen Raja Mohamed Affandi said in a statement.
