Army captain on the run after raping cousin

SIBU: Police here are hot on the heels of an army officer who allegedly raped his cousin.

Acting OCPD Supt Martin Koo said Wednesday that the 35-year-old man, who is a captain based in Johor, fled after committing the crime.
