KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak governor Tun Abdul Taib Mahmud's former daughter-in-law has filed a cross appeal against the RM30mil in mutaah (consolatory gift after a divorce) claim awarded by the Syariah High Court here.
Shahnaz A. Majid (pic), 53, filed the notice via her Syarie lawyers Dr Rafie Mohd Shafiee and Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader at the Syariah High Court registry Monday.
