Kids allegedly mistreated at welfare home

KUANTAN: Children at Rumah Kanak-Kanak Sultanah Hajjah Kalsom are allegedly being mistreated and neglected.

A source furnished several photographs to support the allegation, including one that he said showed a four-year-old suffering from cerebral palsy being caged in a crib that was placed on its side against a wall.
