‘Lick the road’ bullies plead guilty


PETALING JAYA: Two teenagers and an underage teenager pleaded guilty in a magistrate’s court here to bullying two junior schoolmates by asking them to lick the road.

SPM leaver Tan Jze Keong, 18, college student Lim Boo Kean, 19, and the 17-year-old teenager changed their plea to guilty before magistrate Fadzlin Suraya Mohd Suah here on Thursday.
