PETALING JAYA: Two Immigration Department officers were among nine individuals arrested for their alleged involvement in a syndicate trafficking Chinese nationals using genuine Malaysian passports.
The suspects – six Malaysians and three Chinese nationals – were arrested between Feb 4 and 24 at separate locations in Miri, Sarawak and at the KL International Airport.
