PETALING JAYA: Attorney-General Tan Sri Mohamed Apandi Ali (pic) has cancelled his meeting with two Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC)'s independent oversight bodies, say sources.
A panel member confirmed that Apandi had cancelled the meeting that was scheduled for 3pm Thursday at the A-G's Chambers.
The reason for the cancellation is not known.
The source said that the panel hoped to be able to meet the A-G by Feb 24, which is the last day of the panel's term.
Two MACC independent oversight bodies, the Operations Review Panel and the Special Panel, were scheduled to meet the Attorney-General to discuss a host of issues on Thursday, including the decision over the investigations into SRC International and the RM2.6bil political donation.
