KUALA LUMPUR: “The God of Prosperity” was given celebrity treatment when guests swarmed around him to get his “blessings” at MCA’s Chinese New Year open house.
The Chinese God of Prosperity, also known as Caishen, was seen distributing chocolates in gold-coloured wrappers and mandarin oranges, which are seen as a symbol of abundance and good fortune, to the guests.
