Deputy IGP: We aim to have 5,000 Chinese cops

KUALA LUMPUR: The police force hope to increase the number of Chinese policemen in the country from the current 1.77% to at least 5% under the new campaign.

Deputy Inspector-General of Police Datuk Seri Mohd Bakri Zinin said the target for the campaign was to increase the number of Chinese policemen from 1,974 to over 5,000.
