A snatch theft suspect with a broken ankle after he fell from a motorcycle trying to escape at Jalan Mutiara Emas 5/11 here in Johor Baru on June 3.

JOHOR BARU: A snatch thief trying to escape on a motorcycle ended up breaking his ankle following a chase by the victim.

The theft victim was having breakfast with her husband at a café in Taman Mount Austin here on Wednesday morning when a man snatched her handbag containing RM7,000.
