Adapt and move with the times, publishers urged

KUALA LUMPUR: Publishers must be able to adapt and move with the times where tablet devices, smartphones and e-books are fast gaining popularity.

Education Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin said Japan had seen a 60% rise in the use of e-books since 1995 while developed countries, especially the United States, were facing imminent closure of bookstores.
