BALI: The Star won three prizes at the 11th Asian Media Awards given out by the World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) here.
The newspaper's efforts at marking its 40th anniversary last year were judged to be worthy of the gold medal in the Best in Newspaper Marketing category.
