Drop charges against couple in the park, DBKL told


PETALING JAYA: The Bar Council is urging the Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) to withdraw the charges against a young couple for hugging and kissing in a park last year. 

Chairman Kuthubul Zaman Bukhari said the council was “amazed that hugging and kissing can be termed disorderly conduct.”
