LOCAL folk and traders at Taman Cempaka market were surprised when Ipoh Timur MP Wong Kah Woh paid a visit to give out mini Jalur Gemilang to them.
He was accompanied by Canning assemblyman Jenny Choy and new Ipoh City councillor Deric Lee.
