Funds from run to be used to help cancer patients

JOHOR BARU: More than 3,000 participants took part in the Tunku Laksamana Johor Cancer Foundation’s Laksamana Run 2018, including Tunku Mahkota Johor’s wife Che Puan Khaleeda Bustamam, Johor Princess Tunku Tun Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah Sultan Ibrahim and her husband Dennis Muhammad Abdullah.

Tunku Laksamana Johor Cancer Foundation chief executive officer Mohd Anizam Jamin said some RM644,790 was collected from the event and that the money would be utilised to help fund cancer facilities, provide financial assistance and support services to cancer patients.
