‘Don’t delay flood mitigation plans’

THE Penang government has urged the Federal government to give priority to the Sungai Pinang Flood Mitigation project.

State Flood Mitigation Committee chairman Zairil Khir Johari made the appeal in a letter addressed to Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng on Thursday.
