Celebrating the moon with the Koreans, Japanese and Vietnamese

The Vietnamese Moon Festival is celebrated with colours and brightness and with emphasis on children.

The moon takes centre stage today even before nightfall as the Chinese worldwide celebrate the Mid-Autumn festival.

Other Asian communities, including the Korean, Japanese and Vietnamese, are also waxing lyrical about the moon on the same day.
